But EV fires are less frequent that gas vehicle fires... or so we're told.

Look what happens though when one does burst into flames


In the past year or so, and just off the top of my head:

That ship carrying Porsche EVs that burned out in the North Sea.

The parking garage EV fire in South Korea that took out over 200 vehicles.
Another one in Lisbon.
Another one in Luton, England that destroyed a bunch of cars and the entire parking garage.

About that last one...
The authorities gundecked the Hell outta the report.
They said it was a diesel car that caught fire.
Yeah a diesel hybrid
The security camera video plainly shows it was the battery.


which reminds me...


You ex-Squids out there will know what "gundecking a report" means
And old friend who served in the Navy used to use that phrase.
I'm gonna try to remember to use that instead of "gaslighting" from now on.
