Hey all, I'm a new owner of a 2022 tacoma SR5. I made a post the other day about my grille and I think I've decided which one I'm gonna go with. But now I'm trying to find some center wheel caps that are matte black, the ones I linked are what came stock with the truck and I can't find black ones anywhere.

also, I'll probably make another post asking what changes / modifications anyone else have made that I might wanna do to mine.

Those are black. Or are you just speaking of the logo?

Seems kinda high price. Is that for one or all four?

A modeling brush and some black paint, along with a steady hand should fix you up for under $5

Thats a good idea, definitely better than spending $100+ on new ones. Any suggested types of paint for that toyota logo material?

    Enamel.

Scuff the chrome (very carefully!) a bit first. It's a delicate process, but as you say, saves a bunch 'o bucks for something that is just eye fluff.

I think I recall a member a while back posted that he took the chrome Toyoda emblems out of the center caps from the back side. Then he painted them red and put them back in to his black center caps. If you could figure out how to remove them with out damage from the center caps you could paint them the color of your choice.

I've not tried any of this myself but now I'm considering it if I ever de chrome my rear bumpers these might get blacked out too. SO.. good luck post back your results.
