I think the only thing OP could be making fun of is the "V8" badge, because other than that, its just a normal everyday work truck. Would be funny if the truck owner was a TW member, had an LS swap, and came and mopped the floor with OP.

That is a 4 cylinder, it has no hitch (except the one bolted through the bumper which I think it is plastic there) and it’s definitely not a 4x4 since they didn’t make a double cab with the 4 cylinder and 4wd. I guess it could be swapped but I’m betting it’s not.
