What's up guys. This is my 2023 Tacoma TRD Sport 4x4. Bought this in July of this year and I'm finally ready to start my build.

    IMG_0319 2.jpg IMG_0320.jpg IMG_0321.jpg

Have done nothing to it yet. But, I finally got my tires and wheels and front grill. (Black Rhino Sahara 17x9 -10 Offset, Toyo AT3 35/12.5/17 (ft my dog Indie), Tacoma Lifestyle Grill) My buddy got me an amazing deal for the rims and tires.

    IMG_0590.jpg IMG_0589.jpg IMG_0581.jpg

Now I'm ready to purchase my suspension. This is what I'm looking to buy.
    • Bilstein 6112/5125 650 lb springs (2.5 inch lift up front, 5125 rear is rated for 2-4" lift.)
    • Deaver Stage 1 or 2 Leaf 2" rear lift (reason for my 5125 rear shock choice. 5160 is stated to be for a 0-1.5 of lift)
    • JBA UCA's or Bilstein B8 UCA.
    • Total Chaos spindle gussets weld on
    • Heavy duty Alignment kit
    • C4 relocation kit and fender liners (900$ parts and install)
    *Future Purchases*
    • CBI Dakar Hybrid Front Bumper
    • Alpha Rex Headlights
    • Infinity Taillights
    • Rooftop Camping setup (Plan on having my rig with little to no weight in the back as my daily driver, the tent would be on for camping trips, obviously:anonymous:)
    • Rear Bumper (unsure)
    • AFE Exhaust
    • Re-gear to 5.29 (December of this year)
    • Tune
    • Prinsu Roof Rack
    • Lighting for front bumpers

Any recommendations on suspension and is my set up looking good? Is this enough for the 35's? Looking for your guys' input:thumbsup:

Lots of goodies! I would spend the money on OE LED headlights, no reason skimp.

I agree, IIRC the AlphaRex aren't even considered actual headlights. Save the extra couple hundred and get real headlights, buy once cry once. Looks great and looking forward to seeing your progress!

Sure thing! Oh yeah, one more, keep your exhaust stock. Don't make my mistake. Wasted hours and hundreds of dollars just for my truck to sound like a bean can on the highway. Learn from my mistakes

:spending:I agree with the comments about getting the OEM LED headlights. It’s only money :D
Edit: looking closer at the first picture it appears that it has the LED headlights already.

I only have mine set at 1.7” up front and .5” lift in the rear but the 6112/5160 is the sweet spot imo(coming from King 2.5s on my last build)

+1 for Oem led headlights. Keep yours

Also, I had the toyos in 35x12.5 on my last truck. They got loud after a few hundred miles. Not unacceptable levels but I switched to ko3s on the taco and am happier with themIMG_3537.jpg

the truck you posted with the amber headlights are morimotos which i would buy over the alpharex ones. you can sell your oem led headlights and make up almost all the cost.

i dont see it on your list but instead of the c4 cab mount relocate you should get the full kit with the inner fenders. ACTUALLY clearing 35s requires alot of cutting and removing most of your stock fender liners and cutting your fenders up. jd fab lower cam mount will make them easier to fit if you dont mind cutting truck up a bit.
