I’m curious what height a stock 2012 TRD Sport sits at?? I have an Icon Stage 3 lift BUT I feel like it doesn’t look as lifted as others lol. I’m at 24” from center hub to the fender all the way around.

Honestly it could just be that I’ve gotten used to the height lol

Icon does say that it is a 3.5” lift for the 2nd gen’s, so I’d love to hear what the stock ride height is all the way around! (From center hub to fender)

because you have fat flares clipped on that haven't been cut.

I have no flares and people think it's 6" lift when it's 2.5" max.
They needed cutting at minimum (common) due to big tires.

if it performs, doesn't matter how it looks.
You're probably used to it, while others are not.

Sweet! That is not stock. Nor is it ridiculous. Very nice. No worries.

I believe stock hub to fender on my 07 Offroad was around 20" front/22" rear. Both models came close to the same height... Sport was a bit more in the rear with the 4 leaf pack (Offroad came with 3.)
Got a Icon stage 8... been on for a few years now. Coilovers are at factory height setting up front (2" lift) and option 2 on the rxt leafs in back for 2" lift... resulting in a 2" rake with the weight of a canopy. My hub to fender front is 22"/ in back 24". If your at 24" front/rear with a 3.5" front/1.5" seems like that front number should be higher than 24". Is your stage 3 new (has it settled yet?)
Enjoy the lift. After 3 years mines been flawless... not a squeek or vibration and handles great on and off road.
By the way... your truck looks bad ass. I wouldn't change a thing.

The lift has treated me very well! I purchased it used and it was very easy to install. I love how easy the front height is to adjust.

The ride quality is like butter. 10/10 would but this again.

I’ve had it installed for about a year and a half. But if 20” is stock, and your lift is set to stock height and it’s at 22”, I guess 24” is a 4” lift. Right? Am I trippin?

My lift is set to 2" over stock height (has settled a bit over 3 years.) I'd say yours is around the 3.5' max height of your coilovers. Our numbers could be off a bit if there's a difference between the 07 and 2012 sport/offroad fenders.
