Gloss flares are standard on the Bronco Raptor and on the forums, most prefer the body color flares. Why the hate for the Tacoma Pro flares?

They’re a little too shiny for me personally. They kind of look cheap in my opinion. Much prefer the Matt ones on the TH and Off-road. They’ll get scratched to shit anyway if you wheel them.

Yes, that would be a concern. Which is why they all play the next year model change. Just around the corner it will be matte. What won't change is the seats. Trophy trucks get trophy seats. Sorry, not sorry hatahs.

No hate here. The single reason I didn’t get an OR. The cheap plastic fenders on a $50k truck don’t do it for me. The pro fenders are awesome. Just PPF them no biggie.

Make sure you get thick PPF, the factory PPF isn’t helping much! Im not sure anything will help the fender flares?

I thought the Pro flares were wrapped. Can you PPF over a wrap?

I don’t think they are wrapped but yes you can. People wrap their cars all the time and then protect the wrap with PPF.

    Paint protection film.

It must be me, but reading about people PPF over a wrap makes my head dizzy. And if anyone does that for fender flares (wrap, then ppf), makes me wanna throw up.

This is the first I’ve heard of TPMS actually sticking on one of the display options. No luck here or with most of us

Yes mine will not stay on. I program it right or left side in all three custom options and it doesn’t matter where I display it when I go back or restart it is gone.

Might just as well coat the whole outside of the truck with bed liner

Do the turbos on the new iForce max engines require cooldown periods?

99% of the time no. If your racing around or towing heavy and immediately stop you should let it cool for a minute or two before shutting the engine off…

I also like the matte flares better. I ceramic coated my 24 a few days after I got it and the flares are still scratched up pretty good

Speaking of turbos, I have not read of one single failure yet. That is a good sign.
