I wouldn’t do those tres, you are strengthening the wrong part of the tie rod.

You never want your rack as the weakest (failure) point. Always have a controlled failure point before that.

Go with the bearing replacement and lower shock bolts if you are going to get something but skip the tierod ends.

These HF lights are impressive. This is just 1 connected to my fishfinder battery. That pine tree in the back is probably 100+ yards

    Exactly what I don’t want.
    Makes sense
    Probably because of the above?

Brutal.....probably the hardest ones I had to cut out. As soon as a person purchased a Tacoma, I would recommend their very first mod to be to pull their cam bolts and antiseize the shit out of them.

Did you actually need new spacers or do they look somewhat ok? I think mine for the front without the spacers were $50 shippedScreenshot_20240825_103700_Yahoo Mail.jpg

Yeah I'm dreading it. I'm prepared to just torch cut everything out and go aftermarket down the road. The mass amount of overtime will be way less brutal than the full struggle of repairing the OEM :rofl:

Heads up to anyone who might want to know, Dirt King is updating their tubular EDIT: UCAs to a new style with new whizz-bang superteknik spaceship bushings, and phasing out the current/"old" style that use nonproprietary bushings.

If you're thinking about DK uppers, may want to get them now while the old style is still available - I can't help but be haunted by the SPC dumpster fire. FWIW my current/"old" DK tubulars are boss as fuck and I highly recommend them.
