I’d like to confirm what others have reported in this thread.

Dave installed new LCAs on my KDSS 4Runner today.
The man really knows his stuff; torque specs, KDSS sway bars, alignment issues.
His knowledge and attention to detail was awesome.

Dave also caught a couple and fixed a couple “loose ends” from previous work that might have crippled my rig!
    Oh man….

If you’re in need of quality work at a reasonable price, don’t hesitate!
    thanks man!

Just got back from camping in Holcomb Valley. One of the nicest places I've camped, since I normally hit the desert. Thank you @IEsurfer for showing me around the area. Not sure how I missed this place.

Quick little torch add a leaf this morning. These single leafs are definitely harder to compress with C clamps, vs a 3 leaf AAL. Got this Taco closer to level, it was sagging badly.

3rd gen OR suspension installed on a 2nd gen OR. This 2nd gen is SO clean and original. If the owner ever sells it, I want to buy it.

Owner of the silver taco above. I wanted to also confirm that Dave did a great job and an awesome dude! He also gave me a list of things I should look into replacing and suggestions. I would recommend to anyone looking to get some work done.

Smoked a pork shoulder (pulled pork) and installed some sliders on a GX460 today. It was a good day!

    Hey, I recognize that truck!
I had Dave install a set of sliders on my GX today. He was very meticulous to detail trimming the running boards and his rate is very reasonable.
If you need any mechanical work done in the LA area, I highly recommend contacting Dave . You get professional level work and avoid paying shop prices.
I'll be back when it's time to upgrade my suspension. Thanks Dave!

Thank you so much for the good feedback! I enjoy doing projects like yours, where fine detail is required. Thank you for the opportunity to install those sliders today!

Recent teeyota work. Wish I could post all the stuff I do at my M-F mechanic job. Was asked to not post pics of that stuff, and I respect that.

    Cheers TW!

ICON RXT leaf pack install. Set at stage 2:

1st gen Tundra complete front suspension overhaul. New upper and lower arms, steering rack bushings, ball joints, bilsteins all around, and more. This truck is handling much better:

ICON stage 5 lift kit on this 2024 4runner. It's a nice kit and very complete! Owner was super cool and hung out to help with the install process:

Long time lurker, do you recommend changing out the whole lower control arm just for the ball joint or just the ball joint? I’ve heard mixed answers. Also heard the stories of ball joints that didn’t want to come out.

Hey. If the ball joint is bad, can assume the 2 bushings are worn out too. I definitely recommend replacing the whole arm. OEM new part. It's less labor costs/effort to replace complete as well.
