Anybody know where you can find clear bug and window deflector's so you can paint match them to the truck?

I would think you could paint any of the brands out there. I would look for one of the thicker varieties though. I have the avs in channel and they are thin and flap some at highway speed.

You can paint the AVS for sure. Just need to prep them as any other panel before paint, and spray.

Any of them should work. Very light sanding first. Primer made for plastic. Top coat. Then clear coat if you want.

In my experience, the ones that I have seen that you can paint are clear (not tinted), and you paint them on the back side. That way you don't get any paint chips from stones.

I guess you could paint any of them on the front side, but you take the risk of having paint chips.

x2, this is why you paint the clear ones. Any of them are paintable but if you get a chip in the paint the black plastic will show through.

I had a hard time finding clear ones in the past. Try JC Whitney or Autoanything. You may have to call them and talk to a salesperson (I think thats what I had to do to get the last set)

I've had a hard time finding them. Found a clear bug deflector but the closest wind deflector's I've found are the WeatherTech light smoke. Much lighter than others but still not clear. Expensive as well.
