I welded in some C channel to reinforce the skid plate mounts and I'm pretty sure it roasted my bushing

You guys think all this crud build up would warrant replacing the IAC?

 

It is hard to clean that crap without making things worse. Does it open and close now? There is a way of testing off the truck IIRC.

I'll look up testing. My buddy just complained about odd idling behavior and the throttle body was completely gunked up so I cleaned it all out.

Haven't tested the IAC though as I just pulled it off to clean it.

Throttle body is cleaned now.

The picture I posted is after cleaning the IAC as well. I'll need to scrape that gunk off with a flat head if I really want those carbon deposits off and was asking in case it's a lot worse inside if I should just replace it.

nope when I told the chiro last month that my wife owns a couple Pilates studios he asked me wtf I was seeing him for, lol. I just need to carve out time for it

 

I been getting stiffer and less flexible recently. Been thinking about doing something similar just don’t wanna go down to a place

 

Yeah it’s tough with a full work schedule and little kids at home. Definitely better to get on it early though than trying to work backwards from severe pain later

i use one in lieu of a mouse, common with image/video editing. Much more ergonomic than a mouse in the way you move and hold it, so you don’t get carpal tunnel issues. I use it even when I’m not editing just because I’m so used to it. It’s so much better for photo editing than a mouse is, once you get familiar with it you don’t go back
