So I installed a new bumper on my truck and got new fog lights with it. I have checked the bulbs, fuse and relay and they are still not working? What am I missing? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks for any info

What year is your truck? Your profile shows 98 which wouldn't have had factory fog lights.

Are you tapping into the stock harness? Hate to state the obvious, but are you testing with headlights on, on low beams?

Fog light circuit is very simple, I'm assuming they worked prior to swapping the bumper?

Are the new lights LED? If so the polarity may be incorrect.

Yes I was testing on low lights. I have read through a few different threads. I am not sure what I am missing.

So you likely have the polarity reversed, LED lights will only work if the polarity is correct.
