    Itz JDM tyte, yo!
Even then, some shops won't/don't have the ability to report service records to the Carfax report. The shops I take my vehicles to don't.

Best to ask for maintenance records instead for a more accurate history of how the vehicle is maintained

See, deferred maintenance: these folks can't even change the spark plugs every 120k miles. (And brag about it)

I mean I’ve had multiple cars where the spark plugs were still good past 120k, and I just ran them until it got a little rough. It’s more about age than mileage, lots of quick highway miles don’t foul plugs like short city trips do.

As stated before, likely a fleet vehicle of some sort.

One owner for that many miles probably means it was owned by a company that provides a vehicle for employees that work on the road within a region. Carfax says it was personal use, but that just depends on how it s reported.
Consistent maintenance intervals are easy when they are on set schedule across multiple vehicles for a fleet. Murdock Tire is the only place that did 10k intervals, so chances are thats just how they enter things because they are lazy or they had the same clerk for while that just rounded mileage up.

How it ended up at a Toyota dealership is odd. Usually fleet vehicles go to auction.

That's entirely too much time to spend sitting in a Tacoma.

I don't disagree, but that fact throws a wrench in the idea that the vehicles are maintained by the book.

I would think number of fires is probably the main wear factor for spark plugs (that's what erodes the electrodes), but that's just speculation on my part.

Not super sure why the only thing that you’ve posted to the thread is Tacoma hate. I made this thread to show that the 3.5 can make it pretty dang far. Love my truck and while it is not the comfiest vehicle ever made, I love it and don’t think it’s any better or worse than other vehicles in the category. (Could just be that I’m short but not sure)

You’re probably right now that I think about it. Just wanted to toss my experience in the ring. Doesn’t seem to be the best maintained anyways haha

It's a longtime to sit behind the wheel of any vehicle, that guy just happened to be in a Tacoma.

    I have a '17 with little over 40 K miles.

That time, I met a guy, he had 40K miles on his Tacoma, and I had about 10K. Then 3 years later, I had 30K. He had over 100K.
