    There's no way in hell that guy was doing 100+. And no, he wasn't in full brake. And there was tons of view down road .. take note of the views in the vid. Give me a break. Other guys in the video were making dangerous passes. Was this guy? Don't know ... video doesn't show. And just because one does, doesn't mean he did. Don't be so quick to assume. He may well have been speeding, but the van still encroached on his lane. And if you don't know what encroachment means, get a dictionary.
