Cut the front/rear lower sections of the wheel wells at an angle. Gives the "wider" tire more maneuvering room during turns. But you also need to re-seal the truck-structure to prevent water instrusion through the new gaps. More like major surgery, so be sure you really want to "cut the frame", even a little bit.

Googled. - Cab Mount chop - no. didn't, but front part of well was bended to prevent inner well to bend in because of airflow. no cmc at the rear part of the well

Just a thought ... get a big enough tire you cannot avoid. Google "viper cut" just for giggles.

You may need to relocate the spare tire hoist (toward the cab or away ... cannot recall). Several have done this, I think more annoyance than structural. And you may need to cut the end of your tailpipe a few inches to give the spare clearance. Cannot say I have done it, but I have been reading about the crazy exploits of TW in the "What have you done to your 3rd gen today" thread.

up to 35" tire can fit under the bed when the hoist is relocated back

also is it possible to fit on stock rims R16 (16x7) something like 275/70/r16 (stock offset +25 mm)?
or i need different rim with negative offset?

I fit a 285 in the stock spare location by just hammering the sections where it doesn’t fit back. You probably wouldn’t rub the cab mount bumping up to a 285 but you would rub the uca with that offset. If you add a wheel spacer then you can clear the control arm but will be rubbing the cab mount. Can mount chop is pretty cheap to do and doesn’t really negatively impact anything imo just depends if your down to cut your truck a little bit or not. You would probably have to trim a little bit of plastic depending on your setup as well. I have found 0 offset works best for rubbing. A 1.25 inch spacer pushes a +25 wheel to about a -7 offset which is pretty damn close to 0.

there are more sizes than 1.25 spacers. stock wheels with a bora 3/4" spacer will clear uca and still clear the cab mount with a 285

is such spacer good? or it is better to buy different rims?
as far as i know wheel spacers are increasing stress on suspension

offset increases stress on suspension not spacers themselves. an oem wheel plus a spacer totalling the same amount of negative offset will be exactly the same as an aftermarket wheel measuring that same offset. a known quality spacer like bora is absolutely exceptable.
