Side note: I'm thinking we should choose dates for everything early next year, so reservations can be made.

If we choose early enough, I can put the dates on the calendar so nobody forgets!

Based on this, we could probably go a week later.

Maybe next year we'll try the second weekend (in October). We'll have to discuss this over white Russians in a few weeks. :D

I am confused... not really an uncommon state, but for which here I do need clarity. Are we changing this years date? What just happened?

Stoney is off shooting elephants or some such thing. I assumed we were talking about a different weekend for next year, but I may be mistaken. That is how I typically roll.

No, I think we should leave this year alone.

Next year we can try a week later if the majority is in favor.

Sounds like fun! I’m glad you were able to scope out the pine barrons area, and even more glad that you’ve curated the experience into an official Scratchy Pat Trail Tour.
If any of you don’t recall, here is my favorite picture I took when I stumbled into this beautiful area last year.

Also, while I didn’t take this video, I’m almost positive this was at the Pine Barrons

    :D

Definitely will be there, probably by friday afternoon. What time are you thinking of doing the fun run on Friday?

Sorry if I caused any confusion. This year is happening as planned. Oct 4th-6th. I cannot attend as I have a twice a year elephant-gun shoot that happens on the 1st Sunday of Oct every year. You guys have been going to the area on that weekend for a few years, and I was asking if the group would consider moving the date a week earlier or later in future shenanigans so I can hang out.

    Now I'm confused.
Where do you find Elephants in Wisconsin to shoot?
