Hi everyone, I’m new here and running into some nightmares.
So typical check engine light came on. Said I needed to replace o2 sensor and MAF sensor.
I replaced all 4 o2 sensors and the MAF sensor and put new plugs in. I recently had my oil changed and requested new air filters. So I get all excited, scan again and it shows a code again P0171 accompanied with P2195.
So I had O”Riley”s scan first and went back 2 more times before deciding to get my own scanner
This is the codes from start to where I am now
    1. P0102 w/ sensor codes
    2.same
    3.same
    4. P2195 w/P0171
    And now P0171

I put a new one in and the one I took out didn’t even look dirty.
Iv checked everywhere I can think for vacuum leaks. I need help
    Anybody have an idea?

    What year and engine?

If you threw all those new parts at it. Andi it still did not fix the issue.

I'd guess we are looking at a vacuum leak, fuel delivery issue, or an exhaust leak.
But, like the saying goes. Never assume anything.

Also, if you can find it, I'd like to know long term and short term fuel trims.
Might even see if you can get freeze frame data for us.

I have that data but don’t know how to interpret it. That was my next question. Where am I looking for the fuel trim info?

I feel like it’s a vacuum leak as well. But I can’t find it. I’m stumped

    Wow….
It looks like you have an issue on the Bank 1 side for sure.
    Bank 1 is passenger side.

What is odd, is that you didn’t have a lean code before replacing the Air/Fuel sensors and oxygen sensors.
Are sure the sensors are plugged in good. Specifically the on closest to the engine on the passenger side. (Before the covertor)

Can your scanner do live data? I'd like to see what our fuel trims, MAF, and AFR/O2 sensors look like at idle.
