working more on the civic as of late! got the engine in the car last night and now gotta get the rest of the junk in there!

 

All you need is the engine. Everything else is just dead weight to slow you down!

 

i think i need the suspension and the cooling system at least! i would have left out the ac parts but the gf said no i want ac if im going to ride in it with you!

 

Well back to driving the truck as a daily. Nothing wrong with the bike just me lol. Having some issues that doctors are thinking are related to my moto accident from years ago! Which they are thinking is what has caused my issues and pain...

i dont even know what it is.. so far one shop with just talking over the phone to them they think the trans is having mechanical problems but are unsure until they keep it for a bit to figure it out which i might have to let them do and just daily the bike again for awhile.

 

Now that you have the Fitty what are your first mods?

I love the BOV VTA mod with the chair end and hose clamp. Also like the intake silencer delete for more turbo noises!

 

Haha don't got one yet. That will be a tomorrow thing. But ATM prob do the OEM winch mount to put my winch in the truck and then level the truck.

 

Whatcha gonna get for leveling? Fox's, Bilsteins, Icons?

I've been happy with the Fox 2.0s for the 6k miles I've had them on

 

Either bilstiens or fix tbh. I think bikstien would be better if you do more towing since it's stiffer but to keep the ride smooth I'd go fox.

Also turns out with the eco boost to do a in bumper winch mount you need an aftermarket intercooler lol. So either do that or a full plate bumper from costal. Having a winch is something I like to have for use around well everywhere lol.

 

I've towed my 6'x12' trailer with a lawn mower in the back with my Fox's and they handle it just fine.

Yeah I forgot about the intercooler. Maybe you could use one of those front facing trailer hitches with the winch bracket. Probably not as strong though.

 

True lol but that's also a mower vs 5k more of hay or vehicles. I'm sure they would be fine but I'll do some reading before I buy anything.

Yaaa idk if I would do those lol they are useful but have always disliked that style.
