    i took one piece and ate in front of the tv - left the other in the kitchen..
    i'm lazy so by the time i was willing to get up, i had realized i was full
    if i took both with me, i'd have eaten both - no question about that

    I actually managed to save the 2nd piece for an early lunch!!
    Been working hard on the self control thing - changing my diet I can do but portion control is hard AF
