Look like they would work well on the E-Revo once it needs tires...

I use either MIP drivers or this:

    https://www.amainhobbies.com/team-associated-factory-team-7-piece-1-4-drive-hex-driver-set-w-handle-asc1650/p976318

The bits are 1/4” so I use them in an electric screwdriver to speed things up.

I use MIP 1/4" drive bits also, well worth the extra coin, IMO. But I don't have MIP handles. I had an Integy set of 1/4" bits and handles, but their cheap bits round off quickly. So I use the MIP bits with the Integy handles and a small Ryobi driver. The Ryobi has an adjustable clutch that's soft enough so I don't strip out plastic pieces like diff housings. I also have a set of tools from Dynamite that I use on race days for my 1/8 scale stuff. I have other odds and ends from Protek and JConcepts, like shock rebuild pliers, camber and ride height gages.

Rode my bicycle out to this little spot under an overpass that has a bunch of dirt, grass of varying lengths and a few jumps and whoops. The Grom was a blast and took some pretty hard crashes!

    MIP.
Set of black handles and speed bits for my workbench and a set of amber handles and speed bits for the pitbag/away from home.

DeWalt gyro driver is an awesome pickup. I grabbed the straight driver when it released and have been on the verge of grabbing the convertible pistol style with adjustable clutch as well
MIP just released a handle to accept the bits this year fyi.

Hudy also makes some great tools but I find the MIP to be my favorite.

I like the Associated one since the bits store in the handle so it's convenient for when I go to the track.

Gat a question for you kids..

What if any, do you have in the house to stack or dump on the floor (think Lincoln logs or something like that) to drive over on a rainy day? Thinking of getting something I can dump out, play with the car driving over stuff for fun. Then, pick up and put away. I thought about getting some Lincoln Logs, but damn! $100. for a can of 300+ pieces. I just thought about cutting up some scrap 2x4's, but where is the fun in in that. Unless I'm going for specific sizes or shapes. Wifey said to get some of the dead fall outside but I reminded her of bringing in possible bugs and spiders. She then said F@#$ that! haha

So.... Whatcha got or do, to have some little fun in the house with a small crawler?

    .....Go....

 done that before driving over her feet. Had to stop at the fourth attempt because of car possible going flying through the air.

I keep 4 bowling ball sized rocks that have cool shapes in the garage for this. Wash them off and no complaints of bugs or dirt!

    Copious kid's toys, lol

(But also curious if there's a good option for more technical makeshift courses that can be collapsed and hidden away in a small house)

Anything is an obstacle, books, stacks/piles of DVD's, shoes, etc.
I was super bored last winter and cut up/bent some cardboard boxes, then added sculpta-mold to it in lumps to make terrain, then tilted it up.

Moving / plastic totes flipped over can add some dimension, use the 2x4's or whatever else as ramps / grades onto and off them.

Bottoms of egg cartons make good small scale obstacles...
Those mini stacks of fire wood from a convenience store are good also. Already somewhat cleaned and you can double check...also split them again to make'm smaller.

Friday night makeshift obstacles, keeping with the theme. The Injora tires have crazy grip on these surfaces! Haha

Also, moved the top shock mounts on the Ascent 18 to the inner most spot on the chassis and definitely noticed an improvement in stability

I'm thinking about the pepto pink one of those, but I think I can only afford to build crawler at a time!

Dude it’s such a good little rig bone stock. Just a set of wheels/tires and it’s a beast for the price

After hitting my limit of frustration with the FCX24 gearbox I finally ordered an all-metal aftermarket knock-off one earlier this week, should be arriving today, hoping it solves the issues as I'm itching to play with a two-speed rig again

Yeah, I've only been in the backyard and the wash down the road around 5:00AM to avoid the heat. Soon as I get my lost package of M4 rod ends I'll be up and running again. Those Redcat M3 rod ends can't take the abuse.
