OEM halogens don’t compare to a proper retrofit, sorry but not even with the ULTIMATE HEADLIGHT UPGRADE MOD.

This is my first retro attempt and honestly it’s not as hard is it looks or sounds. Just a bit time consuming, at least on my end. Been taking my time with it actually.

Using MORIMOTO D2S 5.0 projectors with 50w ballasts and XB55 2.0 bulbs. Also added red demon eyes, amber halo rings on the inside and outside of the shroud.

Tomorrow I’ll be painting the bezels and pretty sure will be sealing them up tomorrow evening.

Nice. Run some Osram CBIs and you’ll really get some color flicker at the cutoff

That’s the plan when these bulbs go! Had a set on my TL with ZKWR lenses and wow! That was at 35w!

Have you looked at what the other Oem’s are using ? Ram, GM, Ford ? I know Ram has a bed facing camera, just not sure on the setup, might be an option for you.

Curious, does anyone make inserts for the XXL cupholders for MT bucket seats? I can do my NA beer in the small one but coffee traveler mugs are the tricky problem, don’t fit either size well. But a lame insert just would come off with the mug?
