Bought 11 oil filters and 15 washers and went ahead and ordered a box of

$100 toyota 0w20 toyota case of 12 quarts full synthetic 0W-20 oil

toyota 0w20….

and am anxiously awaiting Toyota’s official sale for accessory discounts

 

I was looking for transfer case oil on sale doesn’t appear they have it

 

When I did mine, I found a lot of dealers don't carry it, and most that do, don't seem to ship it, oddly.
I also found, @126K~ the old oil looked nearly as good coming out, as the new did going in..

 

Not sure what's going on with my order from Serra Toyota of Decatur.

I got the confirmation email when I placed the order, all maintenance items such as filters and spark plugs and WS fluid. No shipping notification yet, and the charge authorization on my credit card just disappeared.

Looks like I'd have to call them tomorrow.

 

I found some on fleabay a while back. I'd check there.

 

I finally got a tracking number yesterday.

 

Same here! No longer on my bank statement or anything.

 

Just spoke with them, expect longer turn around due to the large volume of orders. Our orders are still valid, not sure as to why the charges went away but they still have the order.

 

This sale rocked. Got 2020 LED headlights and 2018-2020 dechromed tail lights (my original tail lights spontaneously cracked) for $1350 shipped.

 

Just FYI, there is a limit to shipping, at least at Serra Decatur...they cut me off at $200 (sitting with at cart at $360 shipping charges..). Have people split up orders to try and sidestep that?

Edit: Looks like high shipping was due to some antifreeze, couple cases of oil and FIPG. Took those out and was just over $200...nice...

And this is infuriating..I've got 68 line items, and it times out my cart overnight. So, I sign in, spend 30-40 minutes churning through my list again, leave to grab some lunch and...it times out again, signed me out, and did not save the cart. I swear if it's directly tied to Toyota and also involves being a web page, it's lava hot garbage...

...Still no tracking number. LED headlight order was placed with Serra Toyota of Decatur two weeks ago.

 

From my experience ordering items during a sale. If items are out of stock or delayed for more than a certain amount of time. They will keep your order in cue and refund your money. Once item/items are back in stock they will call or email you to see if you still want them and take your payment then.

 

Prepare to be patient...I think I was 2-3 months between order and receipt after the Lewis Toyota BF sale. They did offer to cancel anything backordered if I wanted, or I believe if I paid shipping they would have sent the partial order. I am hoping it's not that bad this time around.

 

Back to my order from Serra Toyota, they charged my card and email me the invoice on Sept 2nd. It has been a month since I placed the order online. Nothing special, spark plugs, filters and WS ATF. No shipping notification yet.

 

I wasn’t in the loop last year until BF was in full swing - did they do this “not really a sale” pre-BF shipping discount thing last year too? I’ve got a $3k+ cart that I’d love even 10% off of, I can put off the work until the garage floor is freezing but I’d better get a good deal for doing that to myself..

 

You ever get your parts? I emailed them asking for order cancellation, they emailed back immediately and informing me that "these parts are shipping today!". Try "cancelling" your order.
