A few phone calls, a long lunch, and I still knocked 3 sets out pretty quickly

Having a second table made a huge difference

@Speedytech7 thinking about separating the ignitor from the bundled harness that runs to the MAF and moving the ignitor to the firewall. whatchu think?

It seems like the only way I'm going to be able to package putting my arb twin back on the pass inner fender in the way I want to mount it

could also do a bunch of wiring and move the compressor to the cab or bed but bleh. Maybe I should move the battery and put the twin over there

In-laws are visiting this weekend. Didn't get anything done.
    Olivia has the right idea.

Near as I can tell he’s a stand up dude.

Does he keep the frosted tips at all times?

I need to drive over there and borrow that, cutting out tie downs in a hurry is the worst. I feel like such a butcher today.

Man....my first fab shop experience really had me appreciating all the tools that exist out there that make doing this shit easier

Sure it costs money, but the time and frustration saved is so worth it

You cut new tie downs for the flat bed? You know I always have spare steel my dude, think I got your address still

Nah the flatbed really just needs paint, this is for the orphan trailer that I’m finally getting back to. I care just enough to make sure it’s structurally sound and am otherwise embracing the ugly.

    Sucks you're not closer

I'm selling my other plasma cutter, mainly to make room but if it doesn't sell in the next 2 months or so I may want to make another CNC setup

Except I'd want to make a rotary CNC gig for cutting round and square tube

I heard great things about a short throw shift kit they used to offer, think it's been discontinued for some time now

In theory I might be flying out to San Luis Obispo in a few weeks, but I don’t think that’ll fit in my luggage

A cnc tube cutter has a lot of potential though.

    Badass!

Nice part to be in, that's the area I'd camp at almost every other weekend when I still lived along the coast

You'll be about 2hrs from me, and maybe 2-3hrs from Ryan too

Don’t think I’ll have much time for goofing around, it’s a work trip and I’m training the new guy. But it’ll still be pretty!
