I hate people. Haha..nah, but seriously I hate dealing with others who want to be lazy fucks. When I was a supervisor in retail I had a great method of fixing that problem. 3 of us on the busiest day of the week (Saturday) and Lazy Girl ain't doing shit while myself and the other lady are both working. I'm getting a little tired of it anyway when the other lady says something to me. I said "yup, it's not just me then who feels that way. Wait here at the register in case we get a customer."

Pulled Lazy Girl into the back and talked nicely to her about the issue. She said..get ready.."there's nothing to do". Yup.
Me:Oh there is plenty to do on the busiest day of the week.
Her:...blank face
Me: so I'm sure you should be able to find something to do in the next 5 minutes.
Her: Well what if I can't?
Me: Oh then I'll find something for you to do
Her: Ok can you find me something easy to do?
Me: Sure. This is going to be so simple, you'll be able to do it without even trying.
Her: Oh cool
Me: Go sign out for the day and go home.
Her: WHAT? That's not fair. I barely had any hours this week.
Me: But you just told me there's nothing to do, so I guess I don't need you today.
Her: Fine, have fun working with just you and Erika.
Me: We've been doing it all day, so either I'll call someone else or we'll just finish up ourselves and save the company some money. Have a nice day

I did fast food but never anything like that.

At least start thinking about other options..can't hurt to look around. What's the odds of getting rehired with your dad's company?
