Getting ready to pull the trigger and buy a btf 4.5" LT kit. My only concern is width. Front axle width is 61" plus 9" for LT gets me to 70". Plus 4" back spacing wheels plus tire buldge gets me to 82". Am I getting too wide or will this be fine. I'll be wheeling in the PNW mainly but I travel all over.

Most people go with a 1st gen Tundra rear axle which is 3" wider per side.

I'd go Total Chaos or MCM Fab on the front - they're only 3.5" over per side and you can use 1st Gen Tundra front axles with the cups shortened. Lots of info on 1st gen LT here:

I found all of that. My concern is being so wide. I heard a lot of trails you don't wanna be over 80" wide which I'll be over.

Hard to say as these rigs are built for the desert and you’re in the trees. I’d just do a rear long travel and front mid with the Solo stock length lower arms like the tan Total Chaos 1st Gen if you’d actually be restricted in where you can go. Just remember the 3.5 kits only make you as wide as a stock 2nd / 3rd Gen so if you see them going on trails you’ll be going on you should be ok.
