Hello again. I did an inspection on my timing chain. Just how stretched the chain tensioner is. I watched a video and one guy showed his timing chain is fully stretched and needs replacing. Could you take a look at these pictures and let me know where do I stand? It doesn't look as bad as the one in the video but still looks stretched. Thanks for any info! I have 2011 Taco with 322k kms

Doesn’t look too bad to me. It’s a got a lot length.
    Yours looks “normal” to me.

This one is stretched. Enough that it threw codes.

Thats got to be 3/8"+ more than the op's.

    What where the codes?
Is there a measurement that is considered unsafe stretch?
Have you ever heard of a plunger popping out with too much stretch?

Looks like neglectful OCI practices causing sludge which will increase stretch.

    Cam/Crank correlation codes.
I never seen one pop out. Not sure it's even possible the way it's built.

@Bishop84 has much more experience than I do.
He's a tech at Toyota, if one has popped out, I'd say he's seen it.

Ya I wouldnt even think twice about this chain, its fine. Usually stretched chains show 50% tarnish.

Also you will have codes for stretched chain.

P0012 specifically but it can be P0011, on here we see guys cleaning VVTI screens successfully, but where I am we change the chains out depending on mileage and VVTI test.
