Yeah the wheelers ones seem nice. The group buy says the deadline was 3/31. Is the group buy still going on?
Realistically the wheelers ones are probably out of my price range. It looks like the best price for those (15% off) is $390 plus shipping.

Unfortunately, we've had trouble with folks backing-out of their commitment to purchase, so it's POSSIBLE you could still get in. Unfortunately, the price is the price. If it's within your grasp, however, I recommend you PM DTRD ASAP to see if you can still join...

I had pm'd the wheelers guy on here the other day (april 7) and he didn't make any mention of a group buy he just sent me the link to the page of items they had so my assumption was the group buy was done (or else he would have probably mentioned it).

Where'd you find that price on the Skyjacker springs?

I'm looking into the Dakars, Wheeler's 5 leaf, and Skyjackers.

Dakars are looking pretty good for the price.

I have a vendor that I buy a lot of stuff from and they hooked me up with a deal. Its more money then I really wanted to spend but might have to do it because it is such a crazy deal. The price is shipped. That's part of what makes it so sweet.
How much are the Dakars? Never looked at them.

Thanks. Not bad. Extra $15 per leaf for the bushings pushes the price up a little. But worth considering.

The only bummer I heard from Box Rocket that they don't provide any extra load capacity from the stock springs. He has the Add a leaf that you can get from Wheelers as well. I think it was around $60.

They look like great springs though.

thats what I did last summer. My leafs (leaves?) Looked exactly like the OPs. So far so good. However I have to say. Ppl told me that stock the rear should be 1.5 higher than stock. I thought The aal would put me back to stock since it was level. Not really. The aal gave me the 1.5" back plus the 1.5 it advertises. Looks funny till I lift the front

I was worried about putting too much stress on the aal but I also got timbren load assiters which helps them out.

I just put on new Bils and prob should have done the leafs at the same time- mine resemble the OP's.

But I like the height as is- how do I remedy the leafs without changing the height materially?

Also my ride with an empty bed is still unsettled when traveling laterally over bumps- will new leafs aid or exacerbate the issue?

I think I have decide which approach I am going to take. I am going to put my front lift on (OME 880 coils + Bilstein 5100's) and see how much lift I get. Then I am going to decide how much lift I need in the back to level it out.
