Just my .02… get a bumper that’s 3/16 not 1/8 like the new RR. Lots of good companies to choose from.

    Interesting point.
Does that extra 1/16 of an inch make a big difference?
I am trying to balance cost, weight and durability

It makes a pretty big difference. Here’s a photo of the tonnage required to bend it in the same size die.IMG_3692.png IMG_3693.png

I offer 10% to tw users. Local pick up is an option(in Gilbert) no bull bar comes out to about $1400. There’s a lot of locals running my parts but there’s a lot to pick from if you’re not a fan of mine.

If you can swing it go with DRT. I’ve seen them up close and in action, they are high quality. Just wish he made stuff for 1st gen!

Do you do build all your bumpers etc in house like from scratch to finish or do you design and outsource them being mainly welded and ground down like most of these "built in house"? I know most guys are using Lazer nut or any other manufacturer

Worse. Side by sides are like the bratty kids of the offroad world, whereas EVs are like the grown up Disney adult version of the SxS crowd. The adult who has clearly never been told "no" or punched in the face. I want to be proven wrong but I see them becoming a terrible nuisance.

EVs bring a special breed of non-car person who often knows nothing about EV or ICE save for the sole fact that EV is our lord and savior and objectively superior in every single manner, and also a great fashion statement to boot. Not only are they going to shit up trails but they're gonna have a god complex about their carbon emissions being outsourced to a nearby coal or natural gas plant. Plus wheeling with a much heavier vehicle with lower profile tires is a recipe for getting stuck and/or murdering trails.

Also guarantee you there's gonna be accidents because EVs will just come whooshing out of nowhere silently whereas at least a SxS you can hear coming before you see it.

They claim 80lbs. With a floor jack and some creative use of my knees I was able to install it by myself. I honestly couldn’t tell you on the sag. I changed up the suspension same time.
