Right. It takes only a second to vid each drawer. It will be time we'll spent.

I couldn't really claim shit for all my brewing gear because I built almost all of it all myself. Not just the money, but the time it took was the real killer.

    Don't work like that, unfortunately.

At least in FL. You folks in the NE probably have better protections.

Even my night vision goggles are protected

    welp, amazon got me today.

i was starting to work on the square tubes for the trailing arm links on the trailer, staring down how my bandsaw cuts at a 85 degree angle both directions(it starts perfectly straight, but curves out after the blade starts biting), and realizing that it works for rough work, but doesn't work for anything that requires even moderate accuracy, like trailing arms...

so with Amazon's 0%/12mo financing, i got an evolution saw on the way. if i'm doing it, might as well do it right. cutting, planning for 1/4" scrap, and then re-cutting/grinding afterwards is getting OLD, and time consuming--just these trailing arms will likely take me another 2-3 days to re-square before i get to notching and welding them...

If you're getting "drawer level" insurance coverage, you will pay through the nose. At least here you will.

Auto insurance was wonderful. They took care of the motorcycle quickly. But if you live in FL and you have Citizens Insurance, be for warned. And don't have a total loss house fire.

Falls under personal belongings, that equate to your determined value provided

But jewelry falls under a separate coverage in personal belongings and the value is separate from it

Definitely not paying through the nose; seems this is one of those "your insurance company and location may vary"

You can get as much "contents" coverage as you want. But you have to pay for it. Not many people assume their house will burn to the ground. It's an anomaly. But shit happens.

    Exactly.

My shop is separate from the house, so it is a second structure. It heavily insured against catostopic loss.

I could never recite the contents by memory, hence the vids make it easy to have a record of what is present.

When it comes to insurance, no assumptions should ever be made. It's why I'm often chiming in on those windshield or other insurance coverage threads...a lot of assumptions made by idiots

    Anyway, don't mean to sidetrack

But again, this must also fall into the whole "who your insurance company is" and "where you reside in the US"

Florida is pretty damn expensive as far as I know; y'all got hurricanes and shit that come through often

For us it's fire and earthquake

But at the same time, it isn't expensive and it's less than our car insurance itself

Curious why you kept the lower stock bumper cross member? Or are you cutting that out after? I did a friends bumper and cut it off and rotated it 90* and rewelded it back between the frame rails.

Thanks, the key is no straight tubes. Your build it looking sweet too

73 lbs too without the bullbar, 80 with

I will be doing that this winter, and doing 1/2" grade 8 bolts instead of the stock studs

    @zippsub9

Don't want to derail from someone's build thread, but there are a lot of options out there for water tables.

You can use one of the many liquids a lot of companies have whether it's by Lincoln Electric, Premier Plasma, Shopsabre, STV, and more.

Some people use borax powder with water.

It's about keeping ph levels at a high level to prevent rust, while other fluids have a higher boiling point so you're often just replacing water versus whatever concoction you bought.

I used Eastwood's stuff in my old table and still use Eastwood's stuff in my current table.

Do any of those options prevent freezing in like 10 degree weather?

Shit bolted onto other shit, and junk.
My bad. I get it. Better to post here.

I was told by the guy I bought the table from that Langmuir does not require grounding but have always been told to ground the table.
