I'm going to assume that the blind has heat, but what about Cable T.V. and internet?

I'm sure somewhere you've posted about why this property was sold, ect. But why would anyone tear down what looks like a nice older home and garage. And cutting down that tree should be illegal. So what are they going to do with this property now that it's been stripped bare.

We sold it July of 2023 (lived there 14ish years), the house was 2 bed, 1 bath. We have two kids and needed more space and also wanted more land. There is a small convenience store on the property as well. I'm guessing the people bought it just for the store, not really sure at this point.

The house was nice, I redid the kitchen about 11 years ago, had hardwood floors, etc.

Technically, it’s still clamped together in one piece and holding tight with some zip ties intended to prevent shredding my tire:anonymous: Replacement on the books for next Friday….

    The 13th…..

Yet I remain hopeful it’ll all go well

Yes it was, and what idiot would do that. Doesn't make any sense to me, but hey the new owners can do what they want.

The Ford Escape in front of me on the interstate this morning could have used one. Their muffler was only holding on by the exhaust pipe.

I wasn't about to hang out behind them out of self preservation.

Did Stock say something to you about our plans?

Since he let that hamster out of the cage I guess we can share some ideas we been toying with....

We figured since it was so old it needed some air bags on the front end.

Stock and I had a cake cook off and this is what we came up with.

Update on the sumo springs I ordered.. the down side, the shipping has been delayed "due to higher than normal demand " the up side, the company itself has been in constant communication on my order without me ever even having to ask. A nice change of pace from the usual sub par customer service.

I'm luckily in no time crunch to get them on the truck so for now I just wait.

Nice! Pick a price that you are OK with buying it at and offer that. Then just be willing to walk away. The fun begins when the customer tries to leave. I once dealt with a customer that gave his keys so his trade in could be assessed. I negotiated a price until he was seriously pissed off. But he could not leave because my manager would not give him his keys back. I was stuck in the middle between the sales manager with the keys and the customer without them and wanting to leave. He was yelling in the showroom. He eventually did get his keys back, and he bought a car!
