    Ayy. I'm in the same boat. I need to drop about 60 or so. I've been hovering around 275 for far too long.

    I just started turning the new job into my exercise routine. Climb one structure a day, no elevators and no stopping for breaks. I've also gone zero alcohol for 30 days.
