Does anyone have a supplier or way of identifying factory wiring connectors? I’m looking to make plug-’n-play harness in multiple locations (mostly interior).

    Thanks!

If you were to identify the connectors you plan on working with, there might be a few folks here that have or can point you in the right direction.

First/current project adding ambient LED lighting to center console and door skins. Need to tie in to dimming dash lighting in door skins (window switch harness) and possibly shifter indicator lighting.

Second project of adding additional LED lighting in the bed.

Possible third project amp rack under rear seat and behind rear seat back.

Possible third project add reverse lights with signal for relay from reverse lights.

There's a seller who has a Y to each door illumination.

    :crapstorm::crapstorm::crapstorm:
For the center console, you could run the wires from the Cargo Lamp Switch Connector. PM @kmorgan3 (D35 illumination only)

    For reverse feature PM @daveeasa.

i found a thread on here of a guy who used led strips in the bed, and used a plunger switch so the lights come on when the tail gate opens, and goes off when the tailgate is shut. There is also a switch involved so you can shut off the light if you dont want it on the whole time the tailgate it open. I actually followed his guide and put led strips in my bed since I have a bed cover, its super convenient

Taco tunes makes amp racks for third gen Tacoma. I have two. Note they are unapproved on TW and so do not link clean.

2020+ get Oem bed light connectors in the tailgate. Also VLEDs makes a bed light kit.

I have T’s for bed lights and reverse as well as a “DIR” w aux output.

ktjo bowl lights are one of her best products. I have them. I also depinned one wire on the T for the rear ones so my kids can’t roll up/down the windows but I can.

Switch illumination from redside (Kyle) via Gild outfitters website.

So far, I have built and installed a loom with a dimmer and LED (indicator) inside the center console (under tray), LED’s also 1/2 way up front wall of coin tray (hidden by Red Bull Can Adapter), inside rear console vent opening (back seat floorboard) and inner corners of front two cup holders (Just under removable divider). Currently pulling power from USB tap, but want to tie to dash/instrumentation lights. I’ll post pics when complete.

This is similar to what I was thinking, but… I was looking to add the LED to the top of the bowl, not the removable clip (to help camouflage). Also thinking of aiming one down on the door cupholders from taper on the underside of the armrests.

Snip the wires from the gadget and crimp new butt connectors.

So…purchase the kit from the vendor, cannibalise the kit for parts instead of just buying the parts I need?

Or contact vendor to purchase parts needed and you assemble, maybe.

    Another resource… Parts catalogue style

    https://partsouq.com/en/catalog/gen...=0&cid=4&cname=Electrical&q=3TMCZ5ANXKM207196

End pages of section 8202: Wiring and Clamp.

Dunno how their prices compare or if they’re actually “OEM-style” but you can at least get part numbers.

I find the site easier to navigate by VIN, I pulled a random one from a truck for sale somewhere. Just be careful of the differences 2016-2019 & 2020-2023, I’m sure there are more than a few connectors that changed

Most Toyota connectors have the part numbers molded on them. The links provided thus far are good too, especially the one in post #6 and its associated links. I think I've ordered from all of the sources at some point.
