Canceled Mondays - Friday Hammanassett trip . Too much shit to do .
Preparing for hot tub/spa . Closing pool ,boat and docks gotta come out of the lake . I’ve seen the ocean twice this summer ,that’s good enough for me . Hot tub supposed to arrive around October 1 . That’s also the first day of deer season !

 

You’ve been to the salt water 2 more times than me,and I grew up on the water.
Been way too busy with the new place to do anything.

Season opens up next week. Got my ladder up last week and cut some shooting lanes. I don’t get rolling till later around Columbus Day.

 

Getting a wood insert and stainless liner for the fireplace shortly. The guy came out the other day and looked at the job and took measurements.
Just a feeler. The previous owner had a totally illegal wood stove setup in the basement. Had it piped into the same flue as the oil furnace and no permit.
I will be putting the stove up for sale once it’s out.
It’s actually a pretty nice unit. Free standing Avalon Olympic. I’ll post pics once it’s out.

Big car show tomorrow in Newtown at the old Fairfield Hills facilities. Starts at 8 till 3.
Weather is supposed to be great and there should be a lot of nice rides.
Last year there was well over 600 cars.
Worth the trip.
I’ll probably have the only Rally Nova, so say hi if you see me.
