Seriously get one. You will kick yourself when you see how it easy it is. Just use a regular cordless drill and keep the eraser moving and it will come right off. You dont have to use much pressure at all

thankfully they are so very small that i only actually noticed it in the daylight , i used a meguir's scratch kit though and got it MOSTLY to be nearly invisible, but deep down i know its there which is just as painful.. definitely kicked myself over it

thank you for this info, gladly going to try this out! i still have one crooked sticker left haha

Interesting. My truck was in the sun and they peeled off like the backing of a sticker. I’m sure a hair dryer would help

Try a hair dryer over the decal to loosen up the adhesive.

Yeah mine peeled off in about two minutes and barely left any residue. Super easy but then again I did it on day one.

I'm sending it back. Just didn't like how it fit.
OEM hard cover is on order. All the dealerships are running some pretty great Labor Day sales for the next day or two.

Got my wheels put on today. Replika 262 17x8 55 offset same as stock with 285 70 17 toyo open countries at3. I think they come out slightly over stock since they are a hair wider but we're not allowed to come past the fender for inspections.20240906_115218.jpg 20240906_115226.jpg

yeah I got a survey when I had like 110 miles on the truck. I don't think that's the time to ask if you like the truck or not cause it's still kind of a honeymoon phase.

Now granted if you only wanted to hear nice things that would be the time to ask. At 6000 miles that's when it might be an endless stream of consciousness bitch session.

The OEM matte black tailgate letter inserts. Not really terribly noticeable.

I thought gunmetal would look OK. But wasn't sure. I wish there was a bronze package for the underground. I think that would look really good. Bronze wheels, bronze logo on the front, bronze insert on the back. It just would be a good contrast instead of just the cliched tacticool look.

I figured nothing is more Tacoma than buying a $55 pack of stickers. When in Rome...

    Overall, 6.8/10.

I agree. It just doesn't look right without something there. Every time I walked past the truck it would just piss me off.

Tip on the bedside caps. I put a 25lb dumbbell on each of mine and left them there 24 hours. It pushed them down and after almost 2 weeks they haven't raised back up. Don't know if it's a permeant solution but it's working for now.

    Too poor for mods
Got the front's tinted and gave it the first wash since purchase. Hit it with some ceramic coat and peeled off the stupid/crooked TRDOR stickers. San Diego is currently on fire and ash is falling from the sky so didn't want to wait too long. Super shiny now :)

About 2 weeks worth of upgrades.

-PPF front of bed side, turned out well after a few tries! If I zoomed out any it wouldn't show up in pictures.
    -TRD skid plate.
    -Bonobo front recovery hooks.
    -ARB rear recovery hooks.
    -OEM black exhaust tip.
    -Lomax tonneau.
-Rough Country seat covers & floor mats.
    -BW stow and go hitch.

Not pictured: ICON shock top hats, license plate screw retainers because I didn't like them just going into thin plastic, fluid filmed frame, adjusted bed alignment, fixed bed rail cap coming up, fixed passenger side b-pillar rattle with bass thumps, fixed windshield weather strip gap.

Waiting on: OEM bed mat, said back ordered but shipped after 4 days. RAV4 radio knob.
