DIY. Sorry for the late reply. I've dumped this and gone with a Ram claw on the grab bar.

Could you measure from the top of the side rails to the top of the bed? Trying to figure it would if that rear ARB bullbar will work on the 2nd gen.

I just got back from the dealer with the identical truck. Love it. But then I realized .. how do I get a bed cover on this thing ?

Hey Guys - my TH measures 9” from the diff. Does that sound low? Wondering if the diff plate lowers the clearance a bit?

I've heard that axle dump exhausts aren't more popular because of the risk of exhaust fumes/carbon monoxide getting into the cab. Anyone know how Toyota is able to have the exhaust exit right past the cab before the axle in the TH?

Less emissions? I notice during parked idling the gas engine turns off quite often and only turns back on when necessary to charge the battery. Just a uneducated guess.

Remove the useless ARB Sports Bar. The bar and any tonneau cover are not compatible.

This tailpipe exits just in front of the spare tire under the truck bed.

Are you just after the thickness of the plastic piece on top of the bed frame that has the bed scene lights? It's 1".

Anyone know if 285/70/18s (33.7”) will fit on the TH with no mods at all (and no removal of the front wheel well plate)

Anyone notice if the TH or PRO have different tuning? I had test driven the OR hybrid twice and swear it had less grunt than the TH I picked up a couple days ago. Curious if anyone had hear anything about factory tuning.

Anyone else tearing off the horrendous iForce max badging on this thing? Would have liked to see Trailhunter trim-specific badges on the hood like the PRO gets.

If anyone does any technical testing on the TH like travel measurements, ramp tests, various tire configs please post! Let’s go deep on the Trailhunter. Not enough info out there. I’ll do my best to share whatever I learn.

Nope, like it. We don't need any more Trailhunter badging either. Try counting how many times Trailhunter is emblazoned on the truck.

That’s true - I think the TH badging is enough. Just not a fan of the i-forcr badging

Is it just adhesive? You could probably remove it if that's the case.

What are you guys comfortable with in terms of tire size before you think re-gearing will be needed ?

I’ve got a white trail hunter as well and a paint thickness gauge. My readings were about 110-170. I’ll try it again after cleaning the truck for a good measurement.

It is grey. On mine I plan to delete that and put a metal bumper when there’s one available.
