You’ve got a third gen right? I had 265/75/16 falken wildpeak at3w in SL load. They were the best.

I put 34s on my Sport...I went with a 1.5 front level kit and removed crash pads as recommended by my shop. I wanted enough clearance and didn't want to have to worry about rubbing going over bumps at full lock. Also accepted the fact that my MPG was going to take a hit too. I went with Falken Wildpeak AT4 C Load 285/70R18 for more durability.

Did you think the crash pad removal was really necessary? Also I’m looking at those tires too. That’s are 68lb. Can you feel the big weight gain in rotational mass?

I do, recently put on the new Cooper Road & Trail AT. Like them so far, jury is still out on their winter performance.

Thought my mileage would go down since the tread is more aggressive than the Yokohama G015 they replaced, however mileage went up 1. They are one pound lighter than the Yokos, so guess that helped.

Do tires about every three years, like to try a different brand each time.

Yea. Not doing the recon a/t though. Doesn’t fit my need for all the lava rock and crazy thorns to deal with here. I think the ones I’m getting. Ridge grappler is around 68lbs

With the crash pads removed, there isn't enough room to fit two fingers at full lock. But this could also be due to offset. i'm on the stock sport wheels with 1" wheel spacers, so there's a tiny poke. It wouldn't hurt to test without removing crash pads first. You can also remove them after if needed. I'll capture some photos and post for you to see tomorrow morning.

Very cool. Yeah I am not sure what the trail hunter offset is but it must be significant given how massive the fenders are - I guess it’s about 1.5”

The ridge grappler is more badass it’s not even close. I’m just worried about weight and all the consequences of that. Let me know how it fits and drives!!!

Just happened to be by the dealer today.

    35/11.5/18LT

Doesn’t look like there is a lift on it, maybe a minimal spacer in there, couldn’t tell. Crash pads left in the place.

Normally I am not a red paint fan, the Super Sonic Red looks great in the sun, didn’t think of getting a picture until I left.

Not sure how I feel about the felt wheel liners, just see it being ripped apart, especially when winter gets here.

Incase anyone missed the truck in question
