Wheres those strawberry ones all grandmas have but no one knows the name of

 

So if you ever disassemble a couch, the wood they make the frames from burns really clean in a campfire. That said, it is advisable to bring a magnet to pull all of the staples and screws out of the ashes.

 

In other news, our nearly free canoe with its thwart and yoke made of old pallets held up great with a rivers worth of water pinning it against a stump. Only took 5 dudes to unwedge it.

Went and played in the rain a today, had to get some tacos on the way home to warm my soul

Does tacos look depressing compared to what I can get out here

 

Can’t judge it by photo. Everyone knows the best taco joints have the worst photos of their food, looks like they got their dishwasher to take the menu photos with a flip phone under half dead fluorescent lighting but the food tastes incredible

 

107 today again, 95 during our walk tonight so Dex decided to pick a fight a neighbor’s sprinkler



105 tomorrow and then by Thursday the high drops to 78. Can’t fuckin wait, this heatwave can go back to hell

Yeah it sucks this high pressure system basically just decided to park itself right over socal for a week straight like a kid with a magnifying glass frying ants

 

He’s been going stir crazy too just being stuck inside with the constant 105+ temps, don’t want him getting heat stroke being out in the daylight with that crap

 

Maaan, a turbo 22R sounds so fucking good

 

I prefer the taco trucks that only take cash and have no menu or prices.
