    Installed the @Diode Dynamics hitch light. I bought the non brake light version. I will report back on brightness tomorrow but if I am being honest for the premium price it misses the mark. The casing that the light comes in I am sure is a generic one and certainly does not work great with the Toyota oversized receiver hitches. You can see from the pics if I set it to where the actual tabs lock in to the side holes it sticks out quite a bit and looks ugly. It also wiggles a ton in that position. I had to just push it in to make it flush and it is fairly snug so I hope it stays that way. I mean $25 on Ebay I would have been completely fine. At $106 I am just meh on it.

    This comes on with backup lights?

    @CrispyTacoLover
    Yes it does. Also glows red with running lights. Off when no lights are turned on.

    I like the idea of the extra light when braking at night. Would you please update if this ends up causing any hyper-flash or trailer error warnings? Thanks

    Sweet!

    How much discount I should be asking? There is another thread in TW for 25%, but that was in 2021.

    I paid like $4.25 sq ft this time and no shipping. Pre Covid for my first three it was always $3.99. I do the Ribtrax

    Reporting back the LVEDS license plate reverse light is brighter than hell. Well worth the money and I am completely satisfied

    No Rough Country has been out of them. I think they FINALLY got them in so now just need to schedule with my installer. He is doing those and the leveling kit at the same time.

    I am paying what they would cost if ordered from RC. I assume they get them for a wholesale cost so that is the labor. $1050 installed OTD

    Wow that’s great. I’m probably going to have to install them myself. There aren’t any dealers near me.

    I installed a set of power steps on our JL Wrangler several years ago. It was an easy install and had he not given me such a deal I would have done the same with these. I watched the YT video on the install and it looks pretty basic.

    Yea just watched it..ripping up the plastic panels looks like the most annoying part of the install.

    Finally my Rough Country steps came in. Got them and the Rough Country leveling kit installed. I am very happen with the leveling kit. Wife is very happy about the steps. At 6'2" and just step in the truck and need to make sure I don't bang my ankle on them and cuss too much.

    Nice! How did the install go? My only real issue was the mounting the control module.
