2.4l RWD Lower shock bolts

    CAI, Exhaust, Sound System,
    Switching over to Blisteins and passenger side bolt broke off and the other bolts keep stripping, went to o reilleys and found bolts but they also keep stripping, ideas?

    My assumption is that the nut itself is stripped.

    Any and all crud and gunk built up in there will aid in stripping any bolt you attempt to run through it.

    I'd suggest cutting off and welding a new nut, and utilize a new bolt for mounting your shocks. If this is not an option for you, maybe attempt to clean out the nut completely and run a chaser to clean up the threads for your new bolts to run through.

    3rz to 2Rz bebuilt block and new heads
    Is this the nuts welded inside the control arms....
    the ones that strip out super easy.
