    I'm sorry.:( I know it's difficult. ❤️

    I'm good, frustrated with what I see at work ... but getting better at staying in my lane; I'm committed to toughing it out to get my 20 year civil service retirement. Yoshi has lost about 10 pounds and is doing great. Makes me realize how negative my bad mood spell was on him. So we stay active mentally and physically; laugh to keep from crying, control what is in my control, and pray on the rest.

    Hope you can hang in there until 20 :fingerscrossed:. I thought about going to 20 with the state... but with having those 6 episodes in 15 months and the way thing kept changing with new people coming in and changing things that were working, but wasn't the way they'd done them at their last place.... I'm sure you know that feeling. And hearing from folks that still work there, I'm so happy I'm not still there!! No amount of $$ would make it worthwhile waiting.

    I think you know when it's time, and I'm happy for you. My situation is a bit different, I'm quite stable and safe with my immediate work section, co-workers, and bosses. The chaos is outside of our area. Being part of a "system" for 41 years, and seeing it run poorly is hard to ignore. But I'll continue to do my part to my best ability, and not worry so much about stuff I can't control. Is what it is. ;)
