Yeah I was going to buy the manifold off the guy in that thread that was asking about it. I showed it to Lou’s and a picture of the manifold. He told me if I wanted to take a chance and buy it he would put it on but it looks just like the one he already tried. So if it doesn’t fit he would have to charge me the labor to take mine off and to put it back on. Someone else ended up buying it.

Its definitely a much stronger way to go about it then stock or anything else I've seen. Personally I am not a fan of C4's bolt in setup.

I could cut the parts out for you or do the whole shebang. Either way works fine for me.

I have to use washers between my bolt and skid to keep the threads from passing through on mine

Also torque down all the bolts to 80 ft lbs if you use antiusieze/loctide and 110 if you dont.

@CttAznRanger How did you get the LBJ's out?. I decided to try to press them out while the bumper was cooling off and literally exploded part of my BJ press.

I am making something today to help press it out

Just took the OEM jack, a 4x4 block of wood and a torch. Place the OEM jack on the 4x4 between the bushings, and crank it up till they touch. Heat the ever living shit out of the side you’re trying to push out (as evenly as possible, but not needed to the point where the paint starts to come off), then slowly crank it. Ideally use a long ass wrench on the jack and not the OEM handle to turn it. Go at it slow and it should just start sliding out.

I did end up starting a few rubber fires, but it came out easy.

I didnt try those yet, talking about the ball joint. Have the clip off and tried pressing using my 20 ton. There isnt enough flat space on the bottom to support the arm
