    Well.....More winds is going to give a more compliant ride, it just increases teh chance of coil slap if you actually use all the travel. Other manufactures use less winds, but have no coil slap. So....It all depends on what the manufacture thinks the end user is going to want more. You said you got a 16" spring??

    yup...16" x 700#. the uptravel is going to be softened/limited by my superbumps in the front as well.

    ppsshh...ATO FTMFW!!! the carrier arm is removeable on his. it can be off in a couple minutes. very easy to do. i made sure to ask/watch so i can remove mine when the day comes.

    i cant wait to get rid of this POS AP bumper. we were comparing the wing flexing on lurry's relentless to the AP yesterday. if you push on the tip of the wing by the flares, the AP flexes all the way back down to the center section. lurry's relentless barely moves the tip of the wing. this was after seeing the pics of the RC meet where the guy hit a tree w/ his AP and if flexed back into the fender, headlight, and hood i believe. these things have proven to be glorified bull bars. 7 gauge steel...pppssshhh. my next front will either be the ATO hybrid or plate. saw the hybrid this weekend and it's the tits!!

    Hmmm i will definitely check that next time i get home. If i would have known about relentless or ATO, i probably would have gotten one of those. I saw the pictures of the tree damage, i was curious what happened... how fast was he going when he hit it? If i end up damaging mine ill switch
