    Anybody tow 4500lbs with there new Tacoma, just wondering how it does. My trailer is a single axle 19 footer so it’s max 4500lbs. Lease is up on the F150 and want to purchase a new Tacoma. It will most likely be TRD Sport Premium 6 foot box

    I’ve towed 2500-6000lbs. Coming from a 2013 Tundra 5.7 I was a little worried? The new Tacoma did excellent!

    Should tow it just fine but would recommend a WD and sway hitch if you are not already running one.

    My boat/trailer is around 4500 pounds. No issues here and on steep inclines, it pulls better than my previous 07 Taco (V6, ddl cab, 4whl dr.). I had to shift my 07 down to 3rd (A/T) to stop it from searching gears.
