Estimate came in at $1100. Not too bad. New lower bumper cover, fender liner, various clips/pins and a bracket. Repair is scheduled for 11/4 - 11/7. They realigned things and tightened things back up for me.

Already seeing some clouds and wind as Francine works it's way north. We were supposed to get a fair amount of rain (which we really need). But looks to be tracking more to our west.

Do we have any regulars in this thread who have been affected by Francine? If so, hope you folks and your family, friends and stuff are all ok.

I'd be thinking about this, but I recently bought the full width version with bed sliders ($100 off when purchased together). All five pieces have been coated with a water-based sealer, and feel a little rougher so a bit of belt sanding (400 grit?) may be in order. The bed sliders would probably work with the solo, rip saw a little off the center...
I "re-tired" July 31st after nearly two years as part-time (school year nights) custodian, working with "Mister Bob" so we left our keys in the custodian's mailbox at school and walked out the door together. I drove him slowly around the block as he shot video with his phone until we got to the area where the 6' high chain link fence around the playground had been replaced with an 8' high fence. Since a black wind screen had been added with hog rings, "You can speed up, nothing to see here," said Bob. A "security" grant paid for that project, which we wondered about since you can't see beyond the playground from the building to tell what's going on in the near neighborhood. Looking forward to working on the SR5-DLT and getting it ready for its annual.

    Morning
    Project of the day.
Take down the old basketball hoop.
I hope I have enough blades.
Was going to use my torch but then realized I filled the pipe with dirt.
Good news is the cement is down 10” below grade. So cut it and fill it back in..
Don’t think is going to be that easy.
    Saws all is gonna help..
    Let’s get at it people…
