"More info to be released in the coming weeks" seems to indicate that was posted weeks ago.

Any ideas on where to meet up beforehand? If we arrive as a group and this thing isn't actually happening or is a bust, we can just find the closest brewery or pub, right?

If I were going, I'd suggest meeting beforehand for several Bloody Mary's.

    But that's just me...

I was thinking the same thing. I clicked on the "discussion " button below and it said something about how they're still accepting vehicles, so I replied to that originally. Then, I posted publicly on the event, but it said my comment was pending approval. I figured that would get someone's attention, but we'll see.

Worst case, I figured we could just roll in around 11:30 and see what's up.

There's an Ashley home store 8 minutes west of the dealership with ample parking. We could meet on the north side of that parking lot at 11, and BS before heading to the dealership.

Afterwards, there are plenty of places nearby where we could grab a beer. BJ's Crafty tap, on Capitol, is owned by a friend of my brother's.

That's just backup in the highly unlikely event that bars are closed for some reason.

I'm hoping we can leave around 8ish so we can get to Cable before 1.
I doubt it will happen though, May is a slow starter for vacations.

Have you ever been to a "Drink the Stock" party when a bar is sold? They can be epic, but still, there was always booze left over. WI bars don't mess around!

I'm planning to have everything organized and start ripping off the OEM bumper by 9:30.

Question just occurred to me... for those of you who have replaced bumpers, what did you do with the stock bumpers? I don't imagine there is much of a resale market for them. I already have a pile of used OEM parts taking up too much space in my garage.
