Just return the favor parking your car in front of his house, if you can find an old clunker that would be even better.
sorry, I can’t stop the the temptation of being the instigator :anonymous:

I'm already sweaty from garage work, so might as well throw these on the tacoma 20240913_151501.jpg
Had to lift the frame slightly to get it in there. Hopefully I didn't throw anything out of wack. I did one side at a time so hopefully that helped hold everything in place. Please correct me if I need to worry haha. Torqued in 3 stages to spec

So here's the scoop. Guy had a bad day and got sent home, supervisor said see you tomorrow and gave finger gun sign. Well guy said something about coming back with something to take care of everyone. They have interaction on camera.

I hear Ya on the AutoCAD settings...Been using it for almost 30 years. The other annoying thing is when my mouse gets jumpy or lags behind, that one drives me crazy.

I used to know how to crack ACAD but that was years ago before autodesk moved their software improvement engineers to the loss prevention division. We still use 2020 at the office which we actual own. I could go back to 2010 and really not notice any difference.

Not sure if anyone knew this or not but I, unfortunately, do not live in Hawaii so I have a feeling that my delivery is running a bit behind.

Gonna add 2 leaf springs and new rear shocks to the list of items replaced on my truck this year. If I remember, I’ll do a year end total.

Dealership wanted $1,450. I didn’t want to do aftermarket because I use it as a regular street truck and most of them would be over kill. And after the power steering line project, I didn’t want to do it myself.

I went to a Spring shop. Should’ve taken pictures but it’s like taking a time warp back 80 years. No lift, just a pit in the floor and a winch to raise the rear. USA made leafs. I had some Bilsteins so that made their job easier to just cut the old top bolts off. Bonus, they cut my old rusted spare down! (I got the spare carrier on sale recently and will dowse it in red and tacky after I put it in)

Took about an hour and a half. Out the door was $660, rounding up to buy the guys lunch brought it to $700.

The truck drives like almost new for a 9 year old truck with 154K miles :D

This is my second 2nd Gen with leaf spring issues, you should check yours if you haven’t recently.

Good morning and welcome to the weekend :hattip:
