Too many

I wait until it becomes a city issue, then they take care of it.

They wouldn't let me trim the trees hanging over the street and they said they weren't their trees, so when the garbage truck started hitting them, they sent out a crew.

 

I’m all about trees, my house is on 3 acres and we just cleared out enough for the house and pool, later we cleared some more for my shop but it’s still over half wooded. That said, I’m really glad I can just trim them back when they get too close to the house.

 

Our favorite time too. The Mrs and I live a few thousand feet from a pretty big lake and like to go boating as often as we can but in the summer it's mayhem out there. Between the citiots and rental boats it's become bad over the years, an utter shit show at times. Now's the time where they start to call it a season and us locals get our lake back.

I wish it would start raining already , alot of dark nasty clouds rolling thru my area since 0900hrs and not one drop of rain here . NWS now is saying t storms after 1900hrs but doubt that will happen

Not new material, requalification class for NDT Eddy Current. I always joke that it is the Dark Arts. Lots of coffee was consumed.

You guys are all high tech and everything

In the Navy on the ships in the steam plant we just did good old fashioned NDT hydrostatic testing. 1200 psi systems so would run water pressure up to 1800 psi for 150%. A few flanges and pump casings might be able to get a magnaflux done but that required yards or SIMA at a large base.

Yes, NDI is more accurate IMO. Lots of inspections on ships & airplanes are critical due to the consequences of not doing them. Fly to failure isn't a very good option.
