I have this thing I think it's called mod syndrome. I can't help it, it's literally in my blood and I hate it.

 

I would recheck the compression on all bank 2 cylinders. Got puddle board pump?
Take plugs out. Set each cylinder to TDC and pressurize with the pump and check for leaks
Are you reusing oem maf sensor? What are its reading at idle and 3000 rpms?

 

Yes I retained the OEM MAF sensor, I don't want to wake the neighbors so I'll see what the reading is tomorrow morning!

Also my vapor canister is rapidly actuating I can hear it clicking rapidly even over the supercharger whine. Obviously if I unplug it it stops and then the motor seems to change in tone. Is it normal for these solenoids to constantly actuate?

Also a lot of black stuff coming out of exhaust. There's a small puddle of it after the tests in the driveway this morning. Doesn't really smell like anything.

 

Something with high pressure. Goes from 5 digits to 4.
Add injection mode and retest to see if pressure drops when injection mode comes from 0 to 2 or 1

Oh yeah you're right wth. Could be a faulty high pressure pump. That is what my recall is for. Also is cyl 6 the farthest fuel injector? Could be starving it which explains air fuel mix codes.

 

It actually seems like it's working backwards. Should be 4000 kPa at idle.

 

As far as recall for HP pump, I'm only aware of customer support program for a possible fuel seepage.
The actual recall was for LP pump

 

Gotcha, well...maybe I'll just have a hp pump delivered to my house and replace it. It looks like an easy replacement job.

 

It also makes me feel better that multiple cylinders are misfiring and it's not just a cyl 6 issue.

 

What units of measure in vf? In my techstream logs, I see 4 digit pressure for "fuel pressure high" in psi
2 digit for low in psi
Replace fuel pressure pids with sensor pids
-Add high fuel pressure sensor. It should be in MPa.
-Add low fuel pressure sensor.

 

I'm confused with HP pressure in the log. Did you get a correct PID for it?

Yup should be the correct pids. I do have a fuel module that increases voltage on the do that came with the procharger. Probably the reason my numbers are higher.

What's your HP at 3k rpms?

 

With a load in Direct mode at 18000-19000 KPa

 

Way higher than mine...

 

Mine wasn't under load though I don't think. I was just in neutral revving it.
