Anyone here run a 315/75R16 on a 16x7 wheel? 8-11” wide is the recommended wheel width. I thought I saw something mentioned but I can’t find it. My 285/75R16’s are just about worn out. I’m on stock 16” pro wheels.

I've seen people get away with it, can cause some weird outer wear and possibly could be easier to debead but it'll work. Just rotate a lot

Yeah, I’ve got no experience with them, but I am curious about the sizing being a better option than your typical 315.

I do. I have to run 1/2" spacers too to keep the tires from rubbing the rear shock and uca. No problems at all other then that and they don't look as "full" when compared to the same tire on a 9" rim.IMG_20240723_104158.jpg IMG_20240728_190641_121.jpg ]

Can you fit 35's with the Bilstein 6112 2" lift with the C4 Fender Kit and relocation?

    Enough for now
probably, that includes the cab mount relocation right?

lift doesn’t guarantee fitment. You will still need to hammer your pinch weld, alignment, zero offset at least. Each truck is different so YMMV

The lift doesn’t matter unless it’s a drop bracket lift. the cab mount relocation will definitely help but still might need tubing on the fire wall and/or pinch weld hammering. Wheel specs and alignment also play a role in rubbing.

Yes and no. It’s going to take some other work too.

I have a 2.5” lift, BWAM front bumper, C4 Fender kit, dirt king UCA, wheelers bumpstop, -10 offset wheels, hammered pinchwelds, slight hammering of the fire wall and a cab mount chop with no plates. My alignment caster is 4.0 and 4.3.

Only place I rub is on G outs in my upper wheel well. That’s because I have a good balance of spring compression, front end weight and my bump stops. I could prevent it with bumps that are taller and higher weight coils but it would limit my up travel.

Finally joined the crew today! First set of BFG's too!

Sadly, I'm rubbing my UCA's. They are currently JBA's. My Methods have a -12 on the offset. I have another set of UCA's on order that I wanted to try. Maybe I'll have more clearance since they are uniball?

Also thinking of spacers as a temp fix til my new arms come in. Thoughts?

What size are they? I thought -12 was supposed to be the sweet spot or at least that's what you hear. Also depends upon how wide the 35 is. I have -38 and no issues rubbing UCA but CMR was mandatory and beating the firewall with sledgehammer. I think somewhere around -20 to -25 with wheel offset or with spacers would clear any uca.

35x12.5R17s. Already did a CMR. Beat the pinch welds and did high clearance fenders.

I have -10 and it’s super close to my gusseted spindles. If he’s still running stock UCA that could be the reason. They stick out pretty far.

Going to get another alignment done Wednesday first. Couldn't get a print out but I did take a bad pic. I think the dealer misheard me when I asked them to leave the caster high. They put that in the green and left the camber high.

My alignment shop is pretty great. They took a look. Showed me that my passenger spindle was bent and didn't even charge me. So now off to fix that, ha. How much driving should I be doing with a bent spindle?
