They’re all older than dirt, and I’m 22. Not a chance I get voted in.

My only function would be disbanding the hoa. I have no interest in the politics of any of it. Our hos is incredibly political, in the sense of campaigns, and running for office, etc.

I can't seem to find the spot where you talked about what you did about the oil pan. What did you end up doing to clear the oil pan with the diff/axel and the cross member?

I think went to an aftermarket one and also lifted the motor up to clear the diff. He also used the factory location for the transmission and got a new mount welded to it.

Bingo. Used the Sikky front sump kit, motor was mounted just above the diff and steering rack.

You have any pictures of how it sits in the engine bay and above the diff?

Would cutting the cross member and fabbing something to replace it to fit the stock GM oil pan be a good solution if you did it again to avoid buying the oil pan and having the angle?

honestly no, the oil pan has a lot of great features that I used. And the angle wasn’t bad at all. ~5 degrees iirc

    for real

Put these trick 5x4.5 to 6x5.5 wheel adapter/spacers on the trailer so I can run the factory TRD pro wheels on the trailer. IMG_4634.jpg IMG_4635.jpg IMG_4636.jpg

While I was down there, I figured I might as well crawl down under the old truck and see if I was right. I was.

the transmission breather line was getting bombarded by my exhaust, melted, and plugged itself. This caused the trans to pressure up, and push the rear output seal out, into the cavity of the tcase, losing all my fluid while it was parked, explaining why I have 0 movement. What a bummer such a stupid mistake caused this. Good news is, whoever buys it needs a 15$ part to fix it.

Do you have a photo of your exhaust routing near that area of the vent hose?

And what you're saying is that with some side cutters, a zip tie, and some transmission fluid and it will drive???
