Plastic Dip This?

All this talk lately about plastic dipping. what does everyone think? between the tape, including the chrome. i really like the flat black look, but dont want too much.

 

my cousin did it on his taco but with spray paint im new to this so ill post another one with the pic, sorry

I say if your gonna do something like that, just do the lower valance part. Anymore and I think it would be a little to much to be honest.

 

Just my opinion but if u do that i would paint the skid plate too, i want one like that!

 

Looks too funny with the triangles done and the straight down look. Evo look with it angled out to match the grill would look better IMHO

just the valance, i might do mine red, like my badges and my toyota emblem... idk tho

 

I used plasti dip on my emblems. And while I like the product, I wouldn't use it for such a large area on my car. Plasti dip has a snakeskin texture to it. It would stick out like an eyesore, imo.

The good thing about the product, though, is that it is removeable. If after you spray your bumper and don't like the look, you can always take it off.

 

Man up and do it ! its just rubber paint
